Main Meal
Serves per pack 2. Net weight 190g. Preparation: Remove yoghurt pack. Add 63 ml (¼ cup) of cold water to yoghurt pack, shake to mix. Add 500 ml (2 cups) of boiling water to meal pouch. Stir and stand for 10-15 minutes. Serving size 376g (once prepared)
