Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY?

Returns made easy! If something does go wrong with your order, just contact us to let us know what went wrong so we can determine how to best help you. Items being returned must be received within 30 days of purchase. We will pay courier costs for faulty products or incorrect shipments.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Please ensure your items are carefully packaged and addressed clearly to us. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return. Your refund will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to return to your account.

Please ensure your items are returned to us in adequate packaging to avoid damage and delivered via a courier. Back Country Foods can only receive delivery by couriers.

CANCELLING ORDERS?

We may not be able to change your order once you have placed it, but you are welcome to contact us, and we will try our best to take care of your request. However, once your purchase has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to change your delivery address, payment method or amend an order. You would need to place a new correct order and return the previous one to us for a refund.

FAULTY (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED) PRODUCTS?

We stand behind all of our products. If your product is defective or damaged and it has been less than 30 days, we will exchange it for you at no cost. Please contact us.

RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCT?

Firstly, we are sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. We try our best, but we may occasionally make a mistake. Please contact us and we will help you get the right products or a refund as quickly as possible.
