Serves per pack 2. Net weight 190g. Preparation: Remove parmesan cheese pack. Add 500 ml (2 cups) of boiling water to meal pouch. Stir and stand for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese as desired. Serving size 345g (once prepared)
