Serves per pack 1. Net weight 90g. Preparation: Remove pack of wheatflakes. Add 188 ml (¾ cup or AORAKI fill line) of cold water to pouch. Stir and stand for 10-15 minutes. Add wheatflakes into pouch. Serving size 278g (once prepared)
