The venison in Back Country Cuisine meals is sourced locally from the Alliance Group right here in Southland. New Zealand raised grass fed, free range venison, minced, freeze dried and put into the following meals. Back Country Cuisine meals are easy to prepare and taste great because of our unique freeze drying process. The result is tasty freeze-dried meals that can be prepared inside the pack in 10 minutes with just a bit of boiling water.
